Ground floor

The absolute highlight of this bedroom: a unique outdoor bathroom with both a Grohe rain shower and bath, located in a beautiful courtyard with water features.

First floor

• Living room : Large living room with patio doors to the veranda, guest toilet, spacious dining area with antique china cabinet (including crockery), television and library corner with spacious lounge sofas and flat screen. In the middle of the living room is a spacious seating area with a breathtaking view of Bali.
  
  
• Kitchen : Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, cast iron stove, microwave, 2 stainless steel refrigerators with large freezer compartment and water dispenser, powerful extractor hood and a large bar with wooden topping, made from one piece of wood.
  
  
• Veranda : Spanning the entire width of the living room with teak floor, stunning views over the whole of Bali.
  
  
• Bedroom 1 and 2 : King size bed, large fitted wardrobes, Daikin air conditioning, workplace, sitting area, antique dressing table, bathroom with Grohe rain shower, toilet and double sink. Impressive view of the unique Garuda Kencana Wisnu statue.

Second floor

• "Room with a view" : King-size bed with spectacular 260º view over Bali, walk-in closet, sitting area, Daikin air conditioning, bathroom with Grohe rain shower, toilet and double sink. Unique detail: this room has an impressively high wooden ceiling.

Particularities

• The window and door frames are made of teak (just like all wooden floors and stairs) and made from antique examples from colonial times.
• The entire villa has unique doors with wood carvings.
• All sliding doors and drawers throughout the house have recently been replaced with teak Louvred doors and new rail systems.
• The windows of bedrooms 1 and 2 are made of tempered glass and thermopane.
• All railings are made of teak with cast iron bars from colonial times.
• The tile floors are handmade tiles (terrazzo), made in Yogyakarta.
• All bathrooms are equipped with a mechanical extraction system.
• The interiors and push buttons of all 8 wall-hung Grohe toilets with built-in cisterns have recently been renewed by Grohe employees.
• All bedrooms have a restored antique safe, antique mirror and Persian carpet.
• For the furnishings, old antique and colonial furniture and art from the corresponding period have been used as much as possible.
• The villa, staff building and storage space were painted in early 2020 and the teak floors and stairs were taken care of.
• All gutters in the villa were made waterproof again in 2023.
